1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact our team at bynarcisinfo@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address.
3. When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

4. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bynarcisinfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

- US Orders: 2-10 business days
- International Orders: 10-31 business days

7. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, we’re constantly working to improve our delivery options.
